Available shipping options are shown before payment and may vary by carrier, stock, and operational readiness. If a future international lane is opened at checkout, import duties, VAT, brokerage, taxes, carrier handling, or multiple local customs charges may apply. Eligible ready-to-wear returns or exchanges must follow the Refund & Return Policy.
The basics.
Checkout-led shipping.
Available shipping services are shown before payment. If no service appears for a destination, that lane is not open for the order.
Tracked dispatch.
Each order leaves our fulfillment workflow with tracking, order documentation, and a product record matched to the SKU selected at checkout.
Condition-led policy.
Eligible returns or size exchanges may be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery, subject to item condition approval and final-sale exclusions.
Shipping options.
All prices are listed in USD unless shown otherwise at checkout. Any customs, import duties, VAT, brokerage, carrier handling, taxes, or multiple local charges are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Operational restraint.
New brands over-open too early.
Opening every destination before the support system is ready creates weak tracking, unclear policy answers, and inconsistent delivery expectations. That is not how a technical label should launch.
Checkout availability first.
Clothixpack is registered in Canada and shows available shipping services before payment. That keeps product records, delivery support, and customer communication clear instead of promising every destination by default.
Trust over reach.
A smaller shipping map is not a weakness when it is clearly managed. It means the buyer knows where we ship, how orders are checked, and what the policy is before payment.
Non-refundable.
Inspected before dispatch.
- Eligible returns or exchanges have a short window. Requests must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery and the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and complete with tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Measurements still matter. Product pages and fit consultation exist so you can reduce sizing risk before checkout. If unsure, contact us before ordering.
- Every order is checked before dispatch against SKU, size, colour, and visible garment condition.
- Final-sale exclusions apply to sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, limited-edition, customized, altered, personalized, gift-card, worn, washed, damaged, or tag-removed items unless defective.

Unsure on fit?
Message us with your height, weight, chest, waist, hip, and preferred fit before ordering, or use the custom-size request option on eligible product pages. Final sale only works when fit support is honest before checkout, not after delivery.
Keep all packaging intact, do not wear the garment, and email sales@clothixpack.com with your order number and an unbroken unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping questions.
Does Clothixpack ship internationally?
Online checkout is currently focused on Canada delivery. Future international lanes are available only when a shipping service appears before payment; if no service appears, that destination is not open for the order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are verified and prepared for dispatch in 2–4 business days. Transit timing depends on the carrier lane shown at checkout or in the dispatch email.
How much does shipping cost?
The live shipping charge is shown before payment when a destination and service are available. Closed destinations do not show a payable shipping service.
Will I be charged customs fees when my package arrives?
Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, any customs, import duties, VAT, brokerage, carrier handling, taxes, or multiple local charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every dispatched order receives tracking by email once it leaves the fulfillment workflow.
What is the return policy?
Eligible ready-to-wear returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery. The item must pass condition inspection, and final-sale exclusions apply. Full terms are on the Refund & Return Policy page.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We may offer a size exchange where stock is available, the original item is returned first, and the returned condition is approved. One exchange is available per eligible item.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
Email sales@clothixpack.com within 24 hours with your order number, courier label, packaging photos, and a continuous unboxing video. Verified wrong-item or damage claims are handled through the issue-resolution process in the Refund & Return Policy.
