What is Clothixpack?
Clothixpack is a Canadian-registered direct-to-consumer techwear brand founded in 2024. We design and manufacture technical citywear — engineered, weather-resistant garments built for daily urban transit. Every piece is serialized for product traceability.
What does "techwear" mean — and why don't you use the word?
Techwear is a category of urban apparel that pairs technical performance fabrics (waterproof shells, abrasion-resistant nylons, breathable membranes) with streetwear silhouettes. We sit in that category, but the word "techwear" has been worn out by dropshippers selling cosplay-leaning gear that doesn't work. We use technical citywear instead — same idea, less baggage.
How is Clothixpack different from Acronym, Stone Island, or Arc'teryx Veilance?
Those are luxury technical labels with jackets typically priced from $500 to $2,500+ USD. Clothixpack sits in the Accessible Premium tier directly below them — using comparable named fabrics and construction methods, on a flat $89 / $129 / $169 USD price ladder. We trade exclusivity for transparency.
Why is the brand named "Clothixpack"?
The name is shorthand for a compact, engineered pack of clothing — a small wardrobe of pieces, each carrying real utility. It's pronounceable, distinct in search, and ours.
How often do new drops happen?
Four drops per year, on a fixed calendar: February, May, August, November. Each drop is limited; sold-out pieces are not restocked in the same fabric.

What fabrics does Clothixpack use?
Named technical fabrics: Pertex Quantum (ripstop nylon), 3-layer bonded nylon ripstop (taped-seam shells), Cordura 500D (abrasion-resistant outerwear), bonded softshell, 4-way stretch nylon-elastane (technical pants), 500 gsm organic cotton loopback (hoodies), and recycled polyester insulation. Are Clothixpack jackets waterproof?
Some are; some are not. The Strata Shell (CXP-J014) is built from 3-layer bonded nylon with fully taped seams and a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head rating — rain-resistant for sustained light-to-medium rainfall. The Vector Mid (CXP-J007) is a softshell — wind-resistant and light-rain-resistant but not waterproof. Each product page states the exact rating.
What does "PFAS-free DWR" mean?
DWR (durable water repellent) is the coating that makes water bead off a fabric's surface. Historically, DWR used PFAS — "forever chemicals" that don't break down in the environment. Clothixpack uses only C0 / fluorine-free DWR across the entire catalog — same performance, no persistent environmental impact.
What does the product code (e.g. CXP-J014) mean?
CXP is the brand prefix. The letter (J) identifies the category (J=jackets, P=pants, S=shirts, H=hoodies, K=skirts, T=tracksuits). The number (014) is the piece's index. This pairs with the unit serial (e.g. CXP-J014-00471-AW26) for individual garments.
Sizing.
How do Clothixpack sizes run?
Jackets and shirts run true to size, comparable to Arc'teryx Veilance, slightly slimmer than Nike ACG. Pants are sized by waist (28 to 38) with two inseam options — Regular (81 cm / 32") and Long (86 cm / 34"). Use Fit Consultation before checkout if you need measurement help.
I'm between two sizes. Which do I take?
For jackets and shirts, choose by your shoulder measurement — shoulders are hardest to alter. For pants, choose by your waist. If still unsure, email sales@clothixpack.com with your chest, waist, hip, and height — we'll recommend a size.
Do Clothixpack garments shrink in the wash?
All fabrics are pre-shrunk. The Void Hoodie's organic cotton loopback can shrink an additional 1–2% on first wash if tumble-dried — we recommend air-drying. Synthetic fabrics (Pertex, Cordura, 4-way stretch) do not shrink.
Shipping.
Does Clothixpack ship to my country?
At this stage, online orders are open to Canada delivery only. We are deliberately running one delivery lane first so support, tracking, and product records stay clean.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, any customs, duties, brokerage, or taxes charged by the carrier or border authority are the buyer's responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are verified and prepared for dispatch in 2–4 business days. Transit timing depends on the carrier lane shown at checkout or in the dispatch email.
Is shipping free?
The live shipping charge is shown at checkout for Canadian addresses. We do not publish rates for destinations that are not open yet.
Policy.
What is the return policy?
Eligible ready-to-wear returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery if the item meets the condition requirements. See the full Refund & Return Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We may offer a size exchange where stock is available, the original item is returned first, and the item condition is approved. One exchange is available per eligible item.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, limited-edition, customized, altered, personalized, gift-card, and marked final-sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective.

Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is supported. But creating an account is what enables the product traceability system — the serial registers to your account at checkout. We strongly recommend it.
How do I update my account or unsubscribe?
Use the account link in your order email, or click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any newsletter. We do not share your email with third parties.
Materials & ethics.
Is Clothixpack a sustainable brand?
We don't use the word without numbers. What we do: recycled content in named fabrics (Pertex Quantum 60%, Cordura 30%, 4-way stretch 50%); PFAS-free DWR across the catalog; GOTS-certified organic cotton on knit pieces; a small-run product record system; small, costed production runs to avoid dead stock.
Where are Clothixpack fabrics from?
Pertex (UK), INVISTA / Cordura (US), Schoeller (Switzerland), recycled poly insulation suppliers (EU), and GOTS organic cotton suppliers are part of the fabric map. Every piece is specified, field-tested, and documented through the product record — full chain notes are published on Atelier.
Are Clothixpack garments vegan?
The Helix Puffer uses recycled synthetic insulation — fully vegan. Most pieces in the catalog are vegan by composition. Some pieces use small amounts of leather trim or wool blends; this is clearly labeled on the product page.
