Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving their order.

Condition approval

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and complete with tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

Final-sale exclusions

Sale, clearance, promotional, customized, personalized, limited-edition, gift-card, and marked final-sale items are excluded unless defective.

Inspection before refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or declined.

Return eligibility.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In original condition.
  • With all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories attached.
  • Free from stains, odours, damage, pet hair, makeup marks, or alterations.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns requested after 14 days may be refused.

Items that cannot be returned.

For hygiene, inventory, and business protection reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective:

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Limited-edition drops.
  • Customized, altered, or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked "Final Sale".
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or tag-removed products.

When another size may be available.

We understand that sizing can vary by product. If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange where stock is available.

Size exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability.
  • Item condition approval.
  • Customer returning the original item first.
  • One exchange per item.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Inspection before approval.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or declined.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are not processed until the returned item has been received and approved. Return shipping instructions must be confirmed in writing before a customer sends any item back.
