How to measure

Measure once. Compare clearly.

Chest: Run the tape under the arms and level around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
Hip: Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of the seat.
Shoulder: Measure straight across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point.
Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder point, over a slightly bent elbow, to the wrist.
Garment length: Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the finished hem.
Pant inseam: Measure a well-fitting pant from the crotch seam to the inside hem.
Neck: Measure around the base of the neck with one finger inside the tape.

Between sizes?

Choose the larger size for layering, broader movement, or a relaxed silhouette. Choose the smaller size only when your measurements sit near its upper limit and you prefer a close technical fit.

Fit language

Slim: close to the body. Regular: balanced room for everyday movement. Relaxed: additional ease for layering and oversized styling.
